Right of Withdrawal

Customers who make an online purchase and act as a consumer are entitled to withdraw from the contract, as provided by the Consumer Code.

This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons who make the purchase for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, craft, or professional activity. The right of withdrawal is therefore not provided for subjects who make the purchase as part of their professional activity.

The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the purchased products, without needing to provide any reason and without penalty.

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to return the received products and obtain a refund of the amounts due according to the methods indicated below.

The right applies to products purchased online on this Site, subject to the exclusions provided by current legislation, including sealed products which, for hygienic or health protection reasons, cannot be returned once opened after delivery.

The direct costs for returning the products are borne by the consumer.

The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

Upon delivery, if the consumer has reason to believe that the product has been damaged during transport, it is advisable to refuse delivery or accept it with express reservation.

In case of collection of an apparently intact package, the customer can write on the delivery document:

"INTACT PACKAGE, COLLECTED WITH RESERVATION TO CHECK CONTENTS"

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the Company, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an explicit statement.

Following the withdrawal communication, the consumer must arrange for the return of the products using a courier of their choice.

The products must be carefully packaged and returned complete with all originally present elements and accessories. Where possible, it is also advisable to use the original packaging.

The return must be made within 14 days from the date on which the consumer communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract.

COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURN

The direct costs of return are borne by the consumer.

The consumer is also responsible for the correct preparation and shipment of the goods during the return.

It is therefore advisable to carefully package the products, possibly inserting the original packaging inside additional protective packaging and avoiding applying adhesive tapes, labels, or other elements directly to the products or their packaging that could damage them.

The product must be returned complete with its parts and any accessories included in the original packaging.

If the product is damaged during return transport, the Company will notify the consumer so that they can possibly claim against the courier used.

REFUND

In case of regular exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Company will proceed with the refund of payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery costs, as provided by applicable legislation.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which the Company is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

However, the Company may withhold the refund until the products are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned them, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using, where possible, the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.

The direct costs incurred for the return of the products remain the responsibility of the consumer.

PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL

If the right of withdrawal is exercised only for a part of the products belonging to the same order, the refund will be calculated with reference to the products actually returned.

Any delivery costs will be reimbursed within the limits provided by applicable legislation and taking into account the products that the consumer has chosen to keep.

PURCHASES WITH STORE PICK-UP

If only the reservation of a product is made through the Website, while the purchase contract is subsequently concluded at a physical store, the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal for distance contracts do not apply.

REQUEST TO CANCEL ORDER

The order can be cancelled in full if, at the time of the request, it has not yet been handed over to the courier and it is still possible to interrupt its preparation and shipment.

In this case, where possible, the order will be cancelled at no cost to the customer and any amounts already paid will be refunded according to the applicable methods.

If, at the time of the cancellation request, the product has already been handed over to the courier or shipment can no longer be interrupted, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal following the procedure indicated in this information.
