DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES
To allow the purchase and provide the requested products and services, the Seller uses certain personal data provided directly by the Customer.
Some of this data is necessary for registration on the Website, order management and the provision of requested services. By way of example, they may be used for:

- issuing invoices and other purchase-related documents;

DATA RETENTION
Data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with the obligations established by applicable law.
For the purposes indicated in the original text:
- data used for analysis of purchasing behaviour will be stored for a maximum period of 12 months;
- data used for direct marketing purposes will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months.
The possibility of retaining data for further periods remains valid if this is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right.
SUBJECTS WHO MAY ACCESS THE DATA
Personal data may be processed by the Seller's authorised personnel and by external parties involved in the activities necessary for e-commerce management and the provision of related services.
In particular, information may be communicated, to the extent strictly necessary for their respective activities, to:
- authorised employees and collaborators of the Seller;
- companies providing services necessary for e-commerce management;
- carriers and companies responsible for product delivery;
- assistance and repair centres;
- manufacturers;
- other suppliers and parties in charge of services related to order management and Customer assistance.
External parties who process personal data on behalf of the Seller will be, where applicable, appointed as Data Processors.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The Customer has the right to know what personal data is being processed and to exercise the rights recognised by current legislation on personal data protection.
In particular, in cases provided for by law, you may request:
- access to your personal data;
- the rectification or updating of inaccurate data;
- the erasure of data;
- the restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing.
The Customer may also object at any time to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing and commercial communication purposes.
