These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate, in compliance with current consumer protection legislation, the conditions and methods of online purchase of products sold on the Website.
Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read the conditions applicable to the purchase.
For the purposes of these terms, the entity selling the products through the Website is hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".
SUBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products marketed by the Seller to both consumers and users who make purchases for purposes related to their business or professional activity.
The conditions applicable to the order are those published on the Website and in force at the time of purchase.
The Seller reserves the right to modify or update these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any changes will be published on the Website and will apply to purchases made after their publication.
PURCHASE METHODS
Products are purchased through the Website, by following the provided purchase procedure.
For each product, a description containing its main features and useful purchase information is available.
The images in the product sheets are for illustrative purposes. The graphic representation of the products may not perfectly match their real characteristics, for example, regarding colors, proportions, dimensions, or depicted accessory elements.
Once the order is completed, the Seller will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer, containing the main information related to the purchase and its identification number.
The Customer is required to verify the correctness of the data reported in the confirmation and to promptly communicate any errors.
If the order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, the Seller will inform the Customer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
Orders for which payment is completed by 2:00 PM on a working day are usually handed over to the courier within the next 24-72 hours.
Deliveries are made on working days, thus excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
For Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands, remote or particularly difficult-to-reach locations, delivery times may be longer.
The actual delivery date may vary depending on the destination, product availability, time required for order processing, and courier operations.
Any delivery times indicated on the Website should therefore be considered indicative and not binding, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The applicable prices are those indicated on the Website at the time of order confirmation.
Prices may be subject to change. Any changes will not affect orders already concluded.
For certain products subject to promotions or limited availability, the Seller may propose a modification of the ordered quantity, notifying the Customer in advance.
Payment can be made using the methods available and displayed during checkout.
Credit or Debit Card
In case of payment by card, the transaction is managed through the payment systems available on the Website.
Card data is managed by the respective payment service providers according to their security standards.
PayPal
If available, payment can be made via PayPal.
At the time of payment, the Customer is redirected to the PayPal system to complete the transaction according to the service's provisions.
Stripe
If provided, payment can be managed via Stripe, a platform used to securely process electronic payments.
It is not necessary to have a Stripe account to make a purchase.

Cash on Delivery
If available among the payment methods offered during checkout, the Customer can make payment on delivery via cash on delivery.

Bank Transfer
If available, payment can be made via advance bank transfer.
The order will be processed according to the methods indicated to the Customer and, where applicable, after verification of successful credit.
In case of order cancellation or non-acceptance by the Seller, any amounts already authorized or paid will be managed according to the payment method used.
The time required for the release or re-crediting of amounts may depend on the banking institution or payment service provider.
DELIVERY METHODS
For every order placed, the Seller issues the sales documentation as required by applicable law.
For the issuance of any invoice, the information provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure is binding.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are borne by the Customer and are indicated before the order is concluded.
Upon delivery, the Customer is invited to verify:
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, and not altered;
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the shipping documentation.
Any visible damage to the packaging or delivery anomalies must be reported to the courier upon receipt, by indicating a specific control reservation on the proof of delivery.
If delivery cannot be made to the address indicated by the Customer and the goods are stored at the courier's premises, the Customer must follow the instructions received to arrange collection or agree on a new delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer acting as a consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases, terms, and according to the methods provided by current legislation.

APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the consumer's potential right to benefit from the mandatory provisions provided by applicable law.
For disputes related to contracts concluded with a Customer acting as a consumer, territorial jurisdiction is determined according to the provisions of current consumer protection legislation.
In other cases, territorial jurisdiction will be determined according to applicable legal provisions.
